Cancellations, Credit, and Other Policies

Please note that all training payments are non-refundable. However, payments may be applied as credit toward future classes or private lessons for up to one year. Any unused credit after this period will be forfeited.

Rescheduling:

Requests to reschedule must be made at least 3 days prior to the scheduled session.
Requests made within 3 days of the session will result in a 50% reduction in credit eligibility for future use.

Rescheduled dates are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

We take pride in maintaining strict safety protocols. As such, we do not provide training to individuals with a history of felony convictions or those with mental health conditions that may affect their ability to participate. The use of drugs, including alcohol, marijuana, or any other substances, is strictly prohibited during training, and individuals must not be under the influence of any such substances. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in immediate removal from the training program, with no refund issued. Additionally, students who misrepresent their skill level to advance to higher-level courses, show blatant disregard for instructions or safety protocols, or engage in unsafe behavior will be asked to leave the range immediately after we clear their firearms.
